Can AI Really Write a Resume That Gets You Hired?
Can AI *really* write you a résumé that gets you hired? As someone who coaches job seekers' on their résumés, I was curious if AI lived up to the hype from major LinkedIn Influencers (and their sponsored posts).
There are 2 things I've learned about Chat GPT as a marketer:
1. Your prompts are very important to receiving quality output.
2. You still need to do some editing so that the copy isn't so robotic.
I found a LinkedIn influencer and AI expert who posted a prompt to use for résumé writing. The title of their post was "How to land a job with Chat GPT."
I used their prompt, a real résumé *not* written by me with identifying info removed and a real job description that is a realistic fit.
I recorded my experiment today and broke down the results.
