Let’s face it—the job boards are overwhelming. The search results are in the thousands and often they are not really the ideal jobs that you’re looking for. You constantly see hundreds of applicants applying to the same job you want within minutes of it posting.

There’s also a huge spike in scam jobs on LinkedIn. LinkedIn can’t get them down fast enough. There’s scammers posing as real companies and stealing identities of employees to scam you out of your personal information and money.
