Book of the Month: Read This If Networking Doesn’t Work for You

In this life, there’s rarely any time that we truly do things on our own.

We need other people to make things happen.

I always talk with my clients about the importance of networking. I tell them “your network is your net worth.”

When it comes to job searching and advancing your career, you can experience more success by having other people “open doors” for you.

The key to getting those doors opened is building real relationships.

In the Level Up Book Club, we read a great book in July by master networker, Joe Polish.

If networking feels awkward or if you’re having a hard time building the right relationships, make sure you read “What’s in it for Them?”
