3 Habits of Creative Thinkers

Organizational psychologist and Wharton professor Adam Grant explores the impact of procrastination on creativity in this TED Talk.

Grant studies “originals,” which he defines as thinkers who dream up new ideas and take action to put them into the world.

In “The Surprising Habits of Original Thinkers,” Grant shares three unexpected habits of originals, including the why failure is a good thing.

"The greatest originals are the ones who fail the most, because they're the ones who try the most," Grant said. "You need a lot of bad ideas in order to get a few good ones."
